BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Christopher Chonko is a Senior Manager in H2R CPA’s Accounting & Assurance department. He has nearly fifteen years of accounting experience, with the majority of that time focused in public accounting and two years in the private sector.

Chris has significant experience in performing attest engagement services for clients in various industries. His work includes government and compliance audits, HUD audits as required by the Consolidated Audit Guide for Audits of HUD Programs, employee benefit plan audits, and review and compilation engagements.

Chris also regularly provides tax services and consulting to individuals, trusts, and organizations, including partnerships and corporations. He works closely with clients in a variety of industries including nonresidential commercial and residential real estate, manufacturing and the oil & gas sector.

PERSONALLY SPEAKING

Chris lives in Jefferson Hills with his wife and two daughters. He is a fan of the Steelers, Pirates, college basketball and football, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
