BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Vince Gagliardo is a Manager in H2R CPA’s Accounting & Assurance department, joining the firm in June 2016, and becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2021. Vince is experienced in providing audit and accounting services to various nonprofits, manufacturers, middle market businesses and venture-backed technology companies.
As a Manager, Vince is responsible for the planning, supervising and completion of a wide variety of audit engagements. For nonprofit clients, his experience includes Uniform Guidance and program specific audits. He also provides client management with recommendations for improving internal controls and financial reporting practices.

Vince is originally from New Castle and currently resides in Crafton. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan, especially the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates. Vince also enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
