Sara Beauseigneur Promoted to Audit Director, Employee Benefit Plans

H2R CPA announced that Sara Beauseigneur, CPA, MBA, was promoted to Audit Director, Employee Benefit Plans, effective January 1, 2022. In her new role, Sara will manage all of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan client services, including audits, accounting and compliance. She will work closely in conjunction with H2R CPA’s Accounting & Assurance partners to ensure the highest level of quality client service.

“Sara has been an outstanding contributor to H2R CPA for many years,” said Paul K. Rudoy, CPA/PFS, Managing Partner of H2R CPA. “She provides great client service, is amazingly efficient, highly professional, and her technical knowledge is terrific.”

“I’m excited to begin my new role as the firm’s Audit Director, Employee Benefit Plans,” said Sara. “Our firm is quickly growing in this area and I look forward to expanding upon my responsibilities and continuing to develop advisory relationships with our clients. I am also appreciative of the support I have received from H2R CPA as a working mother, which has enabled me to take this next step in my career with the firm,” she continued.

Sara Beauseigneur joined H2R CPA in 2005 after graduating from Westminster College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2006 and earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in 2011.

Sara’s role at the firm has steadily grown throughout the years into a leadership position. Sara leads the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan practice and is also a member of the firm’s Fraternal Benefit Society group. Her current responsibilities include managing all client assignments for the firm’s Accounting & Assurance department.

Sara works closely with clients and her Accounting & Assurance team to provide services that most effectively meet client needs. Her experience is concentrated in performing audits and reviews of financial statements in a variety of industries including Employee Benefit Plans, Fraternal Benefit Societies, technology and real estate.
